Verified status, stated accurately
Buyers often need to repeat a supplier's compliance status in their own product information. The statements below describe what each document covers so they can be used without overstating the position.
- amfori BSCI is a social compliance audit covering labour practices at the audited facility.
- Higg FEM is a facility-level environmental assessment, not a product certification.
- CE marking applies to the products covered by the relevant conformity declaration.
- GB 18401-2010 is the Chinese national safety specification for textile products.
- Winking is registered under the German Packaging Act, VerpackG.
- Fibre composition and fabric performance claims are supported by third-party test reports.

Six checkpoints between fabric and shipment
Inspection is built into the production sequence rather than added at the end, because a defect found at the final check has already absorbed the full cost of the order.
| 01. Fabric inspection | Fabric is inspected on receipt for shade consistency, width, weight and visible defects before it is released to cutting. |
|---|---|
| 02. Spread and cut control | Panels are cut on automated systems and checked against the marker to keep dimensions consistent across the run. |
| 03. In-line inspection | Critical operations including the crotch seam, waistband and knee articulation are checked during sewing rather than afterwards. |
| 04. Final inspection | Finished pants are measured against the approved size chart and checked for workmanship, function and packing before shipment. |
| 05. Laboratory testing | Fabric and finished garment testing is carried out by third-party laboratories, with reports issued for the properties being claimed. |
| 06. Documentation | Test reports, inspection records and shipping documentation are compiled so the buyer can pass them to retail partners on request. |
